WARRANTY POLICY

  • 6 month warranty from purchase date (manufacturers defects and workmanship)
  • Please contact us first and include pictures. Please don't just ship the paddle back before we communicate. 
  • Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping back to Dymon1.
  • What is not covered
  • Abuse, negligence and or normal wear and tear.
  • Modifications made to the paddle
  • Paddle graphics fading
  • Hitting something other then a pickleball
  • Must be original purchaser
  • Not purchased from Dymon

Return Policy

Any unused product can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.  Any used product returned within the 14 days is subject to a 50% restocking charge.  Shipping back to Dymon LLC is the responsibility of the purchaser.  No refunds will be issued until received and inspected by Dymon LLC.
